榆林体育运动学校        Abstracts As a major peanut producer，peanut abounds in China. The economic benefits of agricultural product could be increased by comprehensive utilization of peanut. The research status of utilization of peanut root，stem，leaf，peanut hull，peanut skin，peanut kernel were briefly introduced，in order to provide some references for the comprehensive utilization of peanut.

        花生（Arachis hypogaea L.），又名长生果，属一年生豆科草本植物[1]。目前世界花生消费主要有：一是油用；二是食用。长期以来，重视花生仁的利用，而忽视花生壳、红衣、根茎叶等的利用[2]。本文对近年来花生根茎叶、花生仁、红衣、壳的研究利用作一综述，以利于进一步开发利用花生资源。
