摘要：NEW MATERIAL:4-Bromo-3,5,6-trifluorophthalonitrile expressed by formula I and 4-bromo-3,5,6-trifluorophthalic acid expressed by formula II. USE:An intermediate raw material for functional polymer materials, medicines, agricultural chemicals and liquid crystal materials, etc. PREPARATION:Tetrafluorophthalonitrile is reacted with a metal bromide in an aprotic polar organic solvent, preferably sulfolane or N, N-dimethylformamide to stop the reaction when the rate of reaction attains 20-50%, preferably 25-45%. Thereby, the objective compound expressed by formula I is efficiently obtained. The resultant compound expressed by formula I is hydrolyzed in an aqueous soluti
on of an inorganic acid (preferably sulfuric acid) to provided the compound expressed by formula II. Furthermore, the compound expressed by formula II is decarboxylated to readily afford 3- bromo-2,4,5-trifluorobenzoic acid.
