京东商城物流体系中存在的问题及对策
摘要
B2C电子商务中,物流配送企业与客户之间联系的桥梁,关乎着企业的形象、利润及发展。随着电子商务的发展,市场竞争的加剧,消费者出现分散性和广域性,物流配送在电子商务企业开展与运行中的地位越来越重要,物流的配送模式及服务水平逐渐成为制约B2C企业进一步发函的瓶颈。选择适合自己的物流配送模式,能有效的降低企业成本,提升服务水平,增强企业的竞争力。本文以京东商城为例,综合分析其物流配送模式的结构,采用的两种物流配送模式的优缺点,结合当前我国电子商务物流配送模式现状及发展的趋势,对京东商城的物流配送提出改进措施。

Jingdong Mall logistics system:problems and countermeasures
Abstract
In the B2C electronic commerce, the physical distribution allocation is a bridge which between the enterprise and the customer relates, is concerning enterprise's image, the profit and the development. Along with the electronic commerce development, the market competition aggravating, the consumer appears the dispersivity and the macrozonality, the physical distribution allocation is more and more important in the electronic commerce enterprise development and the movement status, the physical distribution allocation pattern and the service level become gradually restrict the B2C enterprise further to send the letter the bottleneck. The choice suits own physical distribution allocation pattern, can effective reduce the enterprise cost, the promotion service level, the enhancement enterprise's competitive power. This article take the Jingdong commercial city as an example, the generalized analysis its physical distribution allocation pattern structure, uses two kind of physical distribution allocation pattern good and bad points, the union current our country electronic commerce physical distribution allocation pattern present situation and the development tendency, proposes the improvement measure to the Jingdong commercial city physical distribution allocation.
