---文档均为word文档，下载后可直接编辑使用亦可打印--- 摘要】随着医疗体制的改革，医用耗材在现代医疗中的作用也越来越突出，传统医用耗材管理模式存在的文题也日益凸显，如管理粗放、信息化水平不高、“囤货”与“缺货”并存、医疗工作时间被占用等问题，传统的医用耗材管理模式不仅提高了医院成本还降低了管理效率。本文通过对中山市医院的医用耗材管理现状进行调查，剖析耗材管理存在的问题，并以中山市人民医院医用耗材管理为例，对基于SPD模式的医用耗材管理进行了探索，分析其引用SPD模式后的使用效果，并对SPD模式实施过程中遇到的问题进行分析和提出解决方案，为其他医院需要引入SPD智慧型供应链系统提供参考依据。SPD模式的运用实现了医用耗材全过程的信息化管理，在做到医用耗材全程追溯的同时，也规范了医用耗材的出入库和结算流程，提高了中山市人民医院对医用耗材的精细化管理水平。

This article through to zhongshan hospital medical consumables management present situation investigation, analyze the problems of material management, and management of medical consumables in zhongshan city people's hospital as an example, to medical consumables management based on the pattern of the SPD has carried on the exploration and analysis of its reference SPD model after using effect, and the problems in the implementation process of the SPD mode analysis and propose solutions, for other hospitals need to introduce the SPD smart supply chain system to provide the reference. The application of SPD model has realized the informatization management of the whole process of medical consumables. While tracking the whole process of medical consumables, it has also standardized the process of in-and-out storage and settlement of medical consumables, and improved the fine management level of medical consumables in zhongshan people's hospital.

1前言
1.1 选题背景
近些年，智慧型供应链系统在物流管理中的应用越来越多，加上医用耗材在医院医疗活动中的使用比例越来越高，医用耗材精细化管理是关键，现代医院想要快速发展必须有效解决地医用耗材管理问题。在《医用耗材专项整治活动方案》一文中，很大程度上规范了医院医疗耗材的管理，这对医院来说，如何进行耗材管理无疑是一个新的挑战。2019年，国家在医改最新政策的重点工作中指出，要制定医疗器械唯一标识系统规则，对高值医用耗材开展重点治理，改善完善医用耗材采购政策及取消公立医疗机构医用耗材的加成，然而医用耗材取消加成的政策给医院带来了极大的影响，这就需要医院对医用耗材供应链进行科学化、精细化的管理，发展医用耗材智慧型供应链管理模式是医院医用耗材管理的必然发展趋势。
1.2 选题目的和意义
本文通过对我国医院医用耗材物流管理现状及发展趋势进行探讨，及对中山市几大医院的医用耗材管理情况进行调查，分析现有医用耗材管理模式存在的问题及缺陷，旨在探索通过实施SPD智慧型供应链管理模式，是否能实现医用耗材的精细化管理，提高医用耗材管理质量，最终达到控制医院成本的目的，降低医疗费用。
在充分借鉴国内外研究成果及实践经验的基础上，中山市人民医院结合自身的特点，通过建设智慧型医用耗材管理系统，充分发挥信息化管理技术，运用SPD智慧型供应链管理模式对医用耗材进行精细化管理，从而提高医用耗材管理水平，在严格控制医用耗材物流管理的各个环节之后，保障了医用耗材的有效供应，实现高质量的医用耗材管理，给其他医院带来借鉴。
