【目标导航】知识目标:
1、能正确熟记以下单词: object,hide,tail,magic,stick, excite,western.
2学习连词 as soon  as,unless,so…that 在叙述故事中的运用。3、能借助 how,what,who,why 的疑问句完成故事的叙述。
能力目标:学生学会相关连词进行讲故事的活动并表达自己的感受和体会。
情感目标:引导学生学习孙悟空的不怕困难,永不放弃,乐于助人的品质,并引导学生了解中国古代名著,热爱中国悠久文化。
【教学重难点】
重点:理解并掌握重点单词和短语;运用“as soon as, unless, so...”流畅地讲述故事并表达自己的见解。

听《猴哥》歌曲, 观看孙悟空和西游记中师徒四人图片, 问学生最喜欢谁?为什么?创设情
景,让学生走进孙悟空。
This class we will learn Unit6 Section A 3a-3c, first let’s enjoy a video.
播放视频《西游记》,导入今天的新课,展示学习目标。
设计意图:通过大屏幕,展示孙悟空的视频,激起了学生了解 the Monkey King 的强烈兴趣,吸引了他们的注意力,为下面的教学做好了铺垫。
Step2. Before reading
学习生词: turn…into, hide,tail,magic ,stick,excite, western Do you know the story of The Monkey King.We can tell the story like this.
1. He is The Monkey King. 2. He has a magic stick.
3. He can make 72 changes (变化).
4. He can turn himself into different animals and objects.
5. Unless he can hide his tail, he can not turn himself into a man.
6. The Monkey King has excited(使激动) Chinese children for many years, and western (西方的) children became interested in it too.
设计意图:在图片中学习单词,有新意,有益于学生对词汇的理解, 学生学起来轻松,同时又激发了学生的学习兴趣。
