我国邮政快递业的发展现状及其对策研究

伴随着中国市场经济的快速发展,电子商务也随之兴起,与之共同增长的还有中国物流行业的需求。在此背景之下,国外很多著名物流企业逐渐开始将目标转移到中国市场上,想要在中国市场上建立起属于自身的物流网络。例如,联邦快递、德国敦豪、荷兰天地物流等。除此之外,国内大中型物流企业也纷纷开始在市场上占据要位。近年来,中国邮政快递在快递市场中的霸主地位已不复存在,这与民营企业、非邮政国营企业的崛起不无关系,对邮政快递而言,当务之急就是扩大自己的业务领域,抢占更多的市场份额。本文采用理论结合实际的研究方法,从选题的研究背景、意义和国内外相关研究概述入手,采用SWOT分析法、比较法,结合当前中国邮政快递发展现状情况,分析总结了其存在的主要问题,并就其发展给出了相应的对策建议。

With the rapid development of China's market economy, the electronic commerce also subsequently rise, and also the common growth of China's logistics industry requirements. In recent years, with the express increasingly fierce market competition, the Chinese postal service express delivery by foreign giants, the postal service of the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, to carve out their own a piece of day, this is a serious problem that makes people thinking. This article adopts the research method of theory combining with the actual, from the selected topic research background, significance and the domestic and foreign related research summary, this paper adopted SWOT analysis method, comparative method, combining with the current development status of China postal delivery situation, summarizes the analysis of its main problems, and its development presents the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
